Returns
We hope you love your new diamond necklace, but if for any reason it does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, and accompanied by all original packaging and certificates. Please ensure that the item is returned in the same manner as it was received to qualify for a full refund.
Please Note: Any items that have been altered, engraved, or damaged cannot be returned.
How to Return an Item

Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please be aware that shipping fees are non-refundable, and any associated return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exchanges

We take great care in ensuring that all items are carefully inspected before shipping, but if an issue arises, we will offer a solution.
